Our Story

Hello, Parents and Students! As your new principal, I welcome you to the 2024/2025 school year! Great things are in store for all of us! 

 

I look forward to learning about our students and families through collaborative conversations and interactions this year. Partnering with you, the school team will work to support your child’s academic, physical, social-emotional, and behavioral needs. We recognize that you are your child’s first teacher, and what you have done up until this year and what you continue to do at home has the most impact on your child’s success! We respect you for your daily work as a parent or guardian to set your child up for success. We commit to investing in our relationship with your child and you, demonstrating integrity and ethical behavior, and providing an equitable, positive, and supportive environment. We are a team!  You are an integral part of this team, and your support for us as we work hard for your child is expected and appreciated.

 

There will be many opportunities to make strong and positive connections with your child’s teacher and other campus staff, including secretaries, instructional aides, librarians, and custodial staff. Our teachers put their hearts and souls into teaching and want to partner with you to provide the best education possible. I also encourage you to join our PTO and other parent-involved groups, sign up to volunteer, and attend our school events. Make the most of every opportunity. Choose joy!
